Amelia’s Senior Portrait

We got to enjoy a day on the farm with Amelia!  Amelia and her family are blessed with an abundance of beautiful land, fields, and farm life. You can see her love for her animals is all the images below! She’s a cowgirl on her horse, a nurturer with her goats, and friendly with her dog.  She’s not only handy on the farm, but a force to be reckoned with on the volleyball court! This all-around girl shines in these portraits that I think capture her loveliness quite well!

Miller Family

I love it when our clients have a beautiful space of their own to capture their family memories! Such was the case with the Miller family. In their own back yard they had some really neat log seats, and a great view of a tree lined pond. It’s always such fun to re-connect with old friends as well. As much as I feel like I am not that far removed from my early years, such is not the case! David and I were in the same class in high school, and I think that it’s been 18 years since our last encounter! He now lives out-of-state with his beautiful wife and precious little boy. Gretchen, also a fellow class-mate, married into the Miller clan. I love talking to Gretchen. She’s one of those friends you can just pick up and talk to where ever you are in life! I am so pleased that she thought of us to capture some family photos while David was in town. I also love their red, white and blue color scheme. Enjoy!

Sharp Family

It was the day after Christmas, and all of the Sharp family was in town! So, we got together with them to make sure they have a new portrait for the upcoming year. This is a great family. I’ve been blessed to know them my whole life! While we’re not directly related, this is my uncle’s sister, and my cousin’s cousins! See if you can figure that out… 🙂 Fortunately, there was a break in the rain that day so we got a few awesome outdoor shots. Unfortunately, the rain started back up! We made do however, and still got some of the family on the porch and indoors. Enjoy some of my fave images below!
