To secure your date, a retainer of 25% (or $250 if undecided) of your package is required at the contract signing, which is deducted from your balance. Retainers are non-refundable. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, this retainer is transferable if your alternate date is available up to one year from the original date with a $50 transfer fee.
This retainer guarantees prices set on the current brochure for up to one year from the wedding date. Orders placed after the wedding date are subject to current prices.
The entire balance of your wedding package is due 30 days prior to your wedding day. If your balance is not paid a $50 late fee will be assessed.
All of our wedding packages are based on a full disclosure of prices prior to the wedding.
Phillips Photography reserves the right to use any reproductions of images for marketing materials or Internet proof display.

All proofing is done on a CD-ROM Flipbook so everyone can see your images full screen either with a slide show or in a book format. Printed proof booklets are available for added fee.
All images and photographs are protected under United States Copyright Law and may not be reproduced for any reason without our consent.
Delivery of proofs varies with the size of your package. Generally, one week per 600 images. Delivery of prints usually takes two to four weeks. Retouching after editing: $5/image
With your permission, Phillips Photography will post all your wedding day images to our secure website shortly after the occasion for your guests. These images will be posted for three months for viewing and purchasing, with any package. We also enjoy being present at your rehearsal before the special day to make sure we are familiar with the locations and all participants.
